1. 8 plus years of Solution and Services selling experience in the IT services company (not ITES).
2. Presenting PrimeSoft’s software solutions/ services to prospective customers developing sales leads in India and join sales opportunities
3. Proactively identify size and prioritize all significant opportunities in the territory through assessing customer requirements, consulting with them on company offerings and managing their needs and expectations.
4. Effective in closing sales with a widely diverse set of customer prospects, each with unique needs.? This includes corporate and government prospects
5. Knowledge and experience in Cold calling, Presales, Lead Generation, Closure Sales, Selling techniques, etc.
6. Develop compelling proposals to address customer pain-points with the help from technical team.

6. Experience and understanding of the offshore-onsite model of working is highly desirable
